Ariana Grande releases new album, Dangerous Woman, and tops charts in several countries.

Ariana Grande has graced us with yet another album, Dangerous Woman. Grande’s album has claimed the number one spot in iTunes in several countries within the first 24 hours of its release,  on May 20. This 15-track album features various artists such as Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, Macy Gray and Future.

Grande got her first break from the Nickelodeon TV show Victorious and then later, Sam an Cat. Grande soon started her singing career, and she has been on the charts ever since.

“Dangerous Woman” was initially meant to be called “Moonlight,” named after her favorite track of the album, but she named it after a single that came out before the album did.

This album sounds very different from her song, “Focus,” which was released last year. “Focus” served as a “transition record” from her old album to her new one, Grande says.

Grande has also had her fair share of controversies, one being when she licked donuts on the counter of a bakery, when they didn’t belong to her, and then said she “hates America.” She later apologized, but it was still weird.

Controversies aside, Grande still produced an amazing album.“Moonlight” is one of the bangers in this new album. It is extremely emotional, and honest. “I feel like this is the most personal music I’ve made, by far,” Grande tells V Magazine.

Grande has made the Arianators, her fan base, wait until she made the best album she could, as she said in her tweet.

“Side to Side,” Grande’s song with Nicki Minaj, is another great song on the album. The song starts off with an interesting beat that catches your attention right away.

Although I have never considered myself an “Arianator,” this album was worth the wait, and much better than her other ones.

Grande continues to create great content, and the charts love her.
