(June 17, 2003) — Accompanied by their well-clad escorts, 2002 Junior Prom princesses and 2003 Senior Prom queen nominees brightened up the amphitheatre stage just one week before the actual prom with the glitz and glam of prom attire. Hand in hand with their dates, the former princesses and potential queens modeled various styles of prom dresses. Strutting beside the ladies, the escorts in tuxedos, donated by Gary’s Tux Shop specifically for Clark’s fashion show, displayed their own taste of fashion. Once past the frenzy of changing into prom attire, the couples managed to steal the spotlight and make heads turn as the class of 2003 anticipated attending an “unforgettable” prom. “It was really fun to watch each couple because they each had their own little ‘act’,” said participant Nancy Hong.
