“I went to this restaurant two years ago and the customer service was excellent. The food was hot and fresh and all the food was prepared in under 45 minutes,” freshman Elin Talverdi said. This restaurant has a variety of complex dishes, including many familiar ones, such as Pasta with Meat Sauce, Pasta with Meatball and Meat Sauce, Pasta Alfredo, and much more. Their most famous dish is the Pasta with Mushrooms. The handmade pasta is perfectly textured with the rich taste of wild mushrooms.
The Risotto ai Frutti di Mare is another popular dish. It contains arborio rice (an Italian short-grain rice), fresh clams, and tomatoes. Chef Russo’s is capable of balancing the flavors of the sea with the creamy sauces of perfectly cooked Arborio rice. This restaurant not only has fantastic pasta dishes, but they also have sandwiches, salads, desserts, pizza, and lasagna. Their famous dessert is their chocolate cake and cannolis. Chef Russo’s chocolate cake is always freshly baked and is mostly popular for its rich flavor of melted chocolate.
